Commissioning
Tooling, machine assembly, and factory acceptance testing in Wehr. Followed by delivery, setup, commissioning, and test run at your site, including operator training.
Maintenance and Support
Maintenance contracts with defined response times, spare parts inventory, and remote maintenance. Over 30 years of machine life is standard for us-not the exception.

Consulting and Design
Same-day telephone consultation. You speak directly with the engineer designing your machine. CAD data, feasibility study, and cost-benefit analysis within 48 hours.
Spare Parts in Stock
We manufacture spare parts in Wehr; over 90% are in stock. If ordered by 10 a.m., we ship the same day, provided they are in stock. This applies even to machines from the 1990s.
Response Time
In the event of a production line shutdown, our service technicians will be at your facility within 90 minutes, throughout Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Even at night, even on weekends.
Maintenance and Service
Maintenance contracts with fixed response times. Remote maintenance via VPN available upon request, diagnostics without on-site visits.

Thanks to our growing spare parts inventory, we deliver most spare parts for all common Finzer and BEBECO models (including older ones) within 48 hours. We deliver spare parts for Biegema machines within 24 hours.

Via secure VPN access, we analyze and resolve many malfunctions and make adjustments directly from a remote location. This saves time, reduces downtime, and eliminates the need for on-site visits in many cases.

We ship wear parts (tools, springs, standard components) within 24 hours from our Wehr warehouse. Special parts are available upon request, usually within 5 business days.
Yes. We supply spare parts for systems dating back to 1990. We manufacture very old components according to original drawings upon request.
A two-day training session upon delivery is standard. Refresher training can be booked by arrangement in Wehr or at your location.
With a maintenance contract, service calls are included at a flat rate or billed at a discounted hourly rate. Without a contract, we charge the standard hourly rate plus travel expenses from Wehr.
