Precision stamping and bending machine by Biegema
Punching and bending machines from the Black Forest, since 1979

From your component to the right punch-bending machine

We engineer your punch-bending machine. Your part runs in series, precisely — from the first sketch to a production-ready system in your facility.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions about Punch-Bending Machines

Spring steel, stainless steel V2A/V4A, copper, brass, spring bronze, aluminum, and galvanized steel. Depending on the model, up to 4.0 mm material thickness and 60 mm strip width. For wire bending, diameters up to 8 mm are possible.

With our quick-change system, operators typically change tools in under 30 minutes — considerably faster than on conventional punch-bending machines. A complete changeover cycle (tool, material web, test run) takes about an hour.

Rule of thumb: 80 kN for contact springs up to 1.5 mm, 250 kN for spring steel up to 2.5 mm, 700 kN for 2 mm copper busbars and bearing steel. We provide the exact calculation free of charge in our concept within 48 hours.

Yes. With defined response times (24h, 48h, best effort), spare parts stocking in Wehr, and remote maintenance via VPN.

We develop and manufacture every machine in Wehr in the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg. Made in Germany, 100 percent.
