FAQ

Frequently asked questions about punch-bending machines

Spring steel, stainless steel V2A/V4A, copper, brass, spring bronze, aluminum, and galvanized steel. Depending on the model, up to 4.0 mm material thickness and 60 mm strip width. For wire bending, diameters up to 8 mm are possible.

With our quick-change system, operators typically change tools in under 30 minutes. This is significantly faster than with conventional punch-bending machines. A complete changeover cycle (tool, material strip, test run) takes about one hour.

Rule of thumb: 80 kN for contact springs up to 1.5 mm, 250 kN for spring steel up to 2.5 mm, 700 kN for 2 mm copper busbars and bearing steel. We provide the exact calculation free of charge in our concept within 48 hours.

Yes. With defined response times (24h, 48h, best-effort), spare parts stocking in Wehr, and remote maintenance via VPN.

We develop and manufacture every machine in Wehr in the Black Forest, Baden-Württemberg. Made in Germany, 100 percent.
