Corrugated contact as busbar

You can produce Corrugated contact as busbar on the FMS-Q 120 RS, FMS-Q 250 RS and FMS-Q 250 L. The FMS-Q 120 RS works with 80 kN punching force, strip material up to 50 mm width, wire up to 4 mm. At up to 500 parts per minute, the machine is designed for series production — finished parts come straight off the machine.

The radial design positions the bending slides freely through 360° around the central bending core — ideal for parts like Corrugated contact with multiple bends in different directions. Tool changes take less than 30 minutes, so even smaller batches are economical.
