Formed copper wire conductor

You can produce Formed copper wire conductor on the FMS-Q 80 RS, FMS-Q 120 RS and FMS-Q 250 RS. The FMS-Q 80 RS works with 80 kN punching force, strip material up to 50 mm width, wire up to 4 mm. At up to 400 parts per minute, the machine is designed for series production — finished parts come straight off the machine.

The radial design positions the bending slides freely through 360° around the central bending core — ideal for parts like Wire form with multiple bends in different directions. Tool changes take less than 30 minutes, so even smaller batches are economical.

Copper E-Cu58 (ø 2.0 mm) runs through the punch-bending machine as strip or wire stock in a progressive process: punching, bending, and inspection happen in one pass.
