What our punch-bend machines can produce.
Here you will find over 30 typical punch-bend parts that are produced in series on our machines. From 0.4-mm contact springs to 2-mm copper busbars. Each example shows the material, application, and the appropriate machine.
Important: Biegema does not manufacture punch-bend parts on a contract basis. The components show what you could produce yourself in large-scale series on your Biegema system. Become a manufacturer yourself. Manufacture yourself instead of buying in. Independence that pays off.

Frequently Asked Questions about Manufacturing Punch-Bent Parts
No. We are machine manufacturers, not contract manufacturers. The components shown are examples of what you could produce yourself instead of purchasing them.
Yes. We supply the machine and a custom-made tool set for your components. Tool design and test run take place prior to delivery in Wehr (factory acceptance).
Rule of thumb: 80 RS up to 1.5 mm (spring bronze, brass, thin spring steel), 250 RS up to 2.5 mm (spring and stainless steel), 700 RS up to 4 mm steel or 8 mm wire. Detailed recommendations in the 48-hour concept.
Depending on model and complexity of the parts, 100 to 500 parts/min. E.g., the FMS-Q 120 RS achieves 500 parts/min for contact springs, while the FMS-Q 700 RS achieves 150 parts/min for thick busbars.
